Happy Sunday!

How about some Christmas inspiration?

Our theme this month is Christmas!

I went with a lovely gift card holder –

This Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper just makes this stunning!!!

Bonus as this uses a little over 1/2 sheet of card stock! Meaning you can make 2 from a single sheet of card stock!

Night of Navy base is 4 1/4 x 11,
scored at 4, 5 1/2, 7
another Night of Navy piece is cut 4 /14 x 4, scored in half at 2
fold base like a W
adhere together the ^ (bottom part of the W), together with Tear & Tape
looking at the finished card inside, adhere the strip created to one side of the inside creating a pocket for your gift card, I decorated mine with a strip of Designer Series Paper
add a piece of Very vanilla to inside to stamp sentiment / greeting
fold in half other piece of Night of Navy card stock
adhere to back of base at the top
add Designer Series Paper to top and front to resemble a gift
tie ribbon around to close
I also used a min Velcro dot for additional closure

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features non-traditional Christmas colors.

Purple isn’t a typical Christmas color for me, however, this is really pretty!

I started by stamping 4 ornaments from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set. Memento Black on Whisper White and Highland Heather on Purple Posey. I used the two coordinating punches to punch them out.

The Purple Posey Blends and Clear Wink of Stella gave the ornaments just the right amount of pop!

I added lines on the panel make the ornaments appear to hang.

The sentiment was stamped and cut closed before being placed low on the card.

Pretty fun card with these punches, even in purples! What do you think?

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features cards with shine!

I think the Brightly Gleaming Suite is perfect for this!

It is hard to capture the beauty of this paper on camera! Parts of it are copper metallic!

I added the ornament in Copper Foil to bring that out in the paper. It was embossed with the Stylish Scroll Embossing folder. To finish it off, a bow from the 1/4″ Copper Trim was just the right touch!

I stamped the sentiment from the sold out Celestial Copper Delicata ink.

So pretty!
