Here is our newest two week challenge to inspire you –

I went with both in a unique, bold way –

So bright and cheerful! I love how this turned out!

This was one last play with the Celebrate Sunflowers, the Sunflower Dies, Pacific Point card, stock and Mango Melody card stocks as all four of these are retiring at the end of April. I will miss these, but so many great products and new colors coming our way!

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Black & White

Welcome stampers! Thank for joining us for our weekly Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features card that are only black and white.

Creating black and white cards are a favorite of mine, however being it was the challenge for this week, I all of a sudden was stumped!

Allin all, this turned out pretty gorgeous!

I used the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle (currently on sale) to cut out the beautiful detailed sunflower outline.

The detailed center is actually a piece of All Together Designer Series Paper. It really resembles a flower center! The rest of the card also uses others patterns from the same pack!

To get a nice, crisp, clean stamped sentiment, I used thee Stamparatus.

The inside has a piece of Basic White and also some Designer Series Paper to ties everything together!

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Fall Flowers

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

This is the first of three hops for me. Come back later to the the other two!

Our theme this week features fall flowers.

I just love fall and everything associated with it. I decided to pull out the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle for this –

I stamped the sunflowers in Cinnamon Cider on Bumble Bee, then die cut them with the Sunflower Dies.

I placed those on a piece of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series paper, yes, a Christmas paper! Here, it doesn’t look like it thought!

I added some vellum sprigs from the Forever Fern Dies and the Sunflower Dies set around the flowers.

I placed all that on a Cinnamon Cider card base and added the sentiment from the Banner Year stamp set.

This card really makes the fall flowers just shine!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest catalog CASe –

Very nice card to use as a go-to.

Here is what I did with it –

I had a lot of fun using the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle to create this.

I started with a piece of In Good Taste Designer Series Paper as my banner.

I added a Bumblebee die cut sunflower with a Soft Suede Flower center, both from the Sunflower Dies.

The sprigs on the side of the banner are also from the same set of dies.

What do you think? Pretty sweet card, huh?

This is the adorable sunflower pull up card –

I used all the new In Colors here! The post is Cinnamon Cider, the solid portion of the flower is Bumble Bee. The leaf is Just Jade stamped in Versamark. The sweet little bow is Magenta Madness. And, the sentiment is stamped in Misty Moonlight.

It even pulls up / out for the sentiment –

Soo sweet, right?

I did use a retired set of dies for the larger scalloped border.

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Brighter Days

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features a card to cheer someone up.

Ohhhhh, so many things could be used for this theme.

I decided to play with sunflowers. New sunflowers.

Pretty, huh? This is a combination of several new products.

I started with the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle. I stamped the sunflower images in Crushed Curry ink on Whisper White card stock. I colored the flowers with Daffodil Delight Blends Markers. The leaves in Old Olive Blends. Both sort of bleed the ink color giving the variations you see.

I used the new Sunflower Dies to cut the flowers.

I stamped the jar from the Jar of Flowers in Gray Granite on Very Vanilla for contrast. I punched it with the pretty cool Jar Punch.

After arranging the flowers at the top of the jar, I placed them on a piece of 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment is from Blossoms in Bloom, die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

I added a small piece of Misty Moonlight ribbon.

I think these sunflowers are sure to cheer anyone up! What do you think?

Happy Friday!

It’s May 8th in case you are wondering!!! I know I was as I’ve been home since March 15th! Lol!

I have kept busy creating cards and inspiring others. Today is no different. Playing with new stuff here! Yay!

To get me started, I was inspired by CAS(E) this sketch! today –

I decided to play with the lovely new Celebrate Sunflowers that will be available June 3rd!

Quite pretty, right?

The main colors are new In Colors, Bumble Bee and Just Jade.

Currently, the new In Color inks are not available. So, I stamped the sunflower image in Crushed Curry on Crushed Curry. That is the bottom flower. The detailed top flower was cut from the new Bumble Bee card stock, quite similar to the Crushed Curry.

I used an embossed piece of Just Jade for the flower to sit on. It is on top of new patterned, In Color 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper.

The sentiment is also from the same stamp set stamped on smooth card stock (because I forgot to stamp in first!) and placed below the flower.

I love how this card is just happy! What do you think of the new colors and these new products? These will be popular I’m sure!
