December??? Where has this year gone??

Welcome to the second post for today! This one is a Blog Hop too for We Create!

What we do is, ‘we create’ a card then ‘step it up’ or ‘step it over’.

I started with this –

A very nice card! Wonderful – fun, bright, cheery colors! Then I stepped up the design……

……by adding some ribbon behind the sentiment that’s how! I never think to do this, but, it adds so much to a design.

Now, the card is a WOW! This was one of the choices at my November Card Buffet a couple of weeks ago and it was a total hit!!!

I do love the addition of the ribbon. It just makes the card!

I created this stunning black and white card for my October Card Buffet –

…….and loved it!

I decided to step it over with similar colors –

Conveniently, from the same pack of Designer Series Paper! I changed the stamping up a bit to Old Olive. This turned out lovely too.

I think I still like the original black and white best though. How about you?

Christmas Make’n Takes

Tuesday I showed the swaps from our Team Meeting on Monday. Thursday I shared my swap. And, today, I’m sharing our projects we created!

Nice that we made a variety using different items!

This first swap was great because I don’t have this Snowflake Sentiments Bundle –

It made for a beautiful card. This intricate die takes patience.

This was a really fun fold for a Christmas card –

It used some of my favorite Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Mini, Merry Little Christmas. Opened up, it’s really pretty too –

Sentiment is from the Hang Your Stocking.

The last project was a really quick, easy and very cute idea –

Mini Pizza Box treat holder with a belly band!

Of course, a little inside decor too!
