Creative Stampers August Cozy Critters Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to our debut of our newest blog hop group –

We are a group of stampers who design projects, mostly cards, for a monthly tutorial bundle. We have been doing this for a while now, but we are adding a blog hop to get the word out!

I created a simple cute card using the Zany Zebra –

So, so cute!

Just look at this adorable stamp set –

For my creation, I started with a Whisper White card base. I took a bit shorter piece of Magenta Madness and cut it in wonky ‘lines’. I adhered those and adding a square of Greenery Embossed Granny Apple Green.

I stamped a zebra and fussy cut him out placing him next to the sentiment. Simple. Sweet. Cute.

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

We are CASing the catalog again this week. Here is our inspiration challenge –

I wanted to use the Zany Zebra set. So I created this following the sketch –

Isn’t it just the cutest?

I started with the Purple Posy card base and layer. The layer was embossed with the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder.

I added two punched shapes from the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper. I placed the cute little stamped zebra on here along with a sentiment.

For a little sparkle, I added adhesive backed sequins to the card randomly.

Happy Friday!

And, a happy first post as the new Stampin’ Up! catalog has gone live!

I love the Zany Zebra set and decided to play with it today.

This weeks Freshly Make Sketches caught my eye –

And added my touch of zebra –

It’s just a silly, fun card!

The border is the new Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper. I also used the new Tasteful Labels in Seaside Spray to ground the jumping zebra.

The sentiment is also from the same stamp set. There are no dies for these little guys, so fussy cutting was the way to go.
