Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new layout challenge to spark your creativity –

I used the Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper.

It has lots of elements in the pack – it was difficult to choose which one to use! The cake slice fit nicely on the hexagon shape from the Meant To Bee Dies.

I finished off the card with these Shimmer Gems.

I chose one of my favorite layouts and cards to recreate –

I gave this card a modern, March twist –

I say March because I went all green with my card!

This pattern paper is from the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper. It is a new Online Exclusive that will be available March 4.

The sentiment is also from an upcoming new stamp, Tags of Thanks.

Of course the ribbon and punch have been around for a bit.

Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new color challenge to spark your creativity –

I used a new Online Exclusive stamp, It’s Ok, to create this –

The stamp set has this lovely leaf and also butterfly. I loved the leaf stamped these different colors to create a mood.

After stamping all the leaves, I used a blender pen to add a little color the leaves.

Did you notice this sentiment? This set has wonderful phrases for those times you need them. We all need great sentiments for those difficult times. This will be your set!

CASing Cindy Elam

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week is CASing designer, Cindy Elam.

I found several cards I wanted to case! Ultimately, I also wanted to play with new product, so I chose this card to CASe from Cindy –

The only caveat is that we really don’t have newer pattern paper with Misty Moonlight or Night of Navy in them. I improvised with this –

Pretty nice, right?!

I didn’t have the previous borders, so I am so happy to have these. You can get these March 4.

This is also a new pattern paper, Lovely Garden that has several black and white patterned sides! Yay!

Opened, this card is so pretty seeing the cut border instead of a straight across cut.

I created a nifty fun fold following the sketch.

Open the front diagonal panel, then the inner card flips up to reveal your message.

For the outside, I created a whimsical flower using the Around It All Dies, It looks similar to the flowers in the Designer Series Paper.

I chose this card to CAS –

The Delightful Wishes Bundle has a similar look to Debbie’s card. I used that!

These colors are Lemon Lolly, Soft Sea Foam, and Daffodil Delight, with a touch of black.

What do you think? Pretty sweet, I’d say! With my own twist of course!

I did use the new Around It All Dies instead of a circle die or punch. It adds a little character and whimsy.

The HAPPY BIRTHDAY is from the stamp set in the bundle, but I masked it.

Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new layout challenge to spark your creativity –

I used the sketch portrait style instead of landscape. Look how sweet –

A sweet Valentine card! This pattern paper, Cute As Can Bee Designer Series Paper, was my choice for a Love You card.

I used the Bubble Bath Two Tone card stock embossed with the Sale-a-bration Starstruck Embossing Folder. I decided to use the Pretty In Pink as my card base for some contrast.

I cut the ‘circle’ from the Around It All Dies hidden behind the strip of Designer Series Paper.

The accent is vellum from the Graceful Greenery Vellum. Did you see the little hearts? Love this die!

This is just as sweet as can bee!

I created this fun, heart flap, gatefold card using the Hearts of Elegance Bundle!

Untied, you can see the inside.

I love this pattern paper, Season of Elegance Designer Series Paper for the elevated look of these hearts. The Cherry Cobbler is a nice, deep, rich red. Very nice for Valentine’s Day!

See how pretty this ribbon closure is? It is just lovely!

The Adhesive Backed Heart Sequins look soo pretty on this card. It is the finishing touch this card needed!

I used these colors with this lovely Pretty Petals stamp set. This stamp has shading built in when you stamp it! Both for the flowers and the greenery.

I paired the stamped image with this sweet sentiment from Mixed Labels, simply stamped in Real Red.

The Real Red & White Baker’s Twine from the Holiday Mini works perfectly for other projects too!

Our theme this week features Valentine cards with animals, who doesn’t love a cute animal??

….or maybe a not so cute animal –

Isn’t this just adorable?? I was definitely thinking outside the box with this card! I just love it!

I started with the crabs cut straight from the Friends Of The Ocean Designer Series Paper. I love how the dies coordinate so if you are not feeling up to stamping, you can just die cut them!

Next I added the ‘kelp’ or ‘seaweed’ hearts using the old favorite Golden Greenery Dies.

For a soft color, the detailed heart from the Basic Beige was the right shade here. I also stamped the sentiment in Basic Beige as well. Yes, it is light, but I wanted the soft look as almost a whisper. It is, afterall, a Valentine card!

I also featured the Hugs For Love Bundle. I always love a great punch and this is another must have shape. It is nice as there is another coordinating stamp that goes with the punch too!

I added a simple triple bow as well as the Sale-a-bration sequins to the card.

Favorite New January – April 2025 Bundle

Our theme this week is all about the new upcoming January – April Mini catalog. This will be a great look at new products!

As always, there are soo many great new products in these Mini catalogs. I am drawn to this Beautiful Butterflies Bundle –

I combined Daffodil Delight, with the black and white pattern from the Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper. I added some detailing with a Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends Marker.

I love the big, bold size of the butterfly in the bundle. I only adhered the body allowing the wings to flutter.

This sentiment is in the bundle too! I love words like this as we can always use them! I used the Labeled with Love Punch to punch it out. The way it is written, it leaves an area for the butterfly to float above it.

The bundle has some great options with a Hybrid Embossing Folder. Stay tuned.

This is a favorite set of dies for me, Simply Zinnias. They can be found, sadly, on the Last Chance list! I was shocked when I found this out. I just need to show then off a few more times!

The flowers are soo fun, having realistic detailing.

Yes, the stamp set is on the Last Chance list as well! The message simply stated. Also a favorite of mine!

Our theme this week features winter birthdays!

We are having a winter of upwards of 80° here is Texas, so something sunny, bright, and sweet is what came to mind –

Also using new products too!

I layered two pattern paper strips of the Wildflower Birthday Designer Series Paper together to create the side border. I placed those on top of a Forever Plaid embossed panel.
