Hello Stampin’ friends!

Decided to sneak in a quick, cute card for a friend I haven’t spoke to in a while. She loves popcorn – so this is a perfect hello for her –

This is the new Poppin’ By Bundle. It is absolutely adorable! I mean, it’s popcorn!

I created the background with strips of Poppy Parade. Easy, and great for leftover strips you might have.

I was inspired with this layout from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge today. Here is their challenge for this week –

My popcorn card was perfectly popped for this! Lol!

Welcome Monday!

How about a new challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to start your week off creativity!?!?

I went with a Christmas card for this challenge –

I used the Words Of Cheer bundle –

I stamped the focal point image using the Stamparatus to get a nice eevenly stamped image. I used a combination of stamps and Stampin’ Blends to color the floral image. Then I did the unthinkable – I cut the image in half to space it apart for the sentiment. If not, it would have covered most of it up!

Such a pretty card! I love these colors together! They are soo pretty!

I used the purple part of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper for the ‘happy’ die!

They are so cute!

How about a new challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to start your week off creativity!?!?

Sending Thanks this week to all my fabulous friends who came out for the Fun Fold Class this past weekend –

Stunning, right?

I used the Hand-Penned Petals Bundle for this pretty –

I die cut three of the flower arrangements and glued them all together to make a thicker piece. I then glued those on the outline of the dies for my focal point.

The stamp set is also from the coordinating stamp set. This lovely scalloped Double Oval Punch made a pretty decorative border to emphasize the Thanks sentiment.

I think these patterns from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper just made this card! You can earn this huge pack of paper, 48 sheets, free when you host a qualifying party!

Here is our latest challenge –

I decided to play with some Sale-a-bration paper, Peaceful Prints as my starting point for my fall love card.

This must have paper is only available until the end of September.

Look at this pretty card –

It is so on trend with current farmhouse styles!

I used a base of the designer series paper, followed by the two triangles. I added the sentiment from the Time Of Giving stamp set –

The leaves were stamped and die cut from the bundle too! I arranged them around the sentiment.

I went with the You’re A Peach Designer Series Paper as my focal point –

It makes for a lovely card –

It’s is so fun and cheerful!

I used a couple dies for the sentiment. The ‘happy’ is from Christmas Cheer Dies –

I cut three and stacked them for a thicker, bolder look. (When I decide who I’m giving the card to, I’ll a finishing sentiment to the inside.)

Behind the sentiment is a die cut tag from the Tailor Made Tags Dies –

This card will make a great birthday, anniversary, wedding – anything card! It is just peachy, lol!

I went with a simple card using the Bloom Where You Are Planted Designer Series Paper –

This would be great for a manly card!

I fussy cut, cut by hand, the plant. The stamped sentiment is from a coordinating stamp set, stamped onto a piece of the pattern paper in the pack.

Hey Monday!

How about a new challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to start your week off creativity!?!?

This sketch gives me the outdoorsy feels!

These squirrels – aren’t they the cutest!?!?!? They are from the Nuts About You stamps set –

I stamped the squirrels and fussy cut them as there are no dies for this set available. Totally ok as these were easy to go around!

For the background, I used the included leaf stamp. I stamped randomly all around twice before reinking again.

I think this card turned out soo cute! I could have added a twig for the squirrels to perch on, but, this will do. What do you think?

I love these type sketches. This one will go into my ‘go-to’ Pinterest board!

I used some Christmas Sale-a-bration paper for my card today. It’s the Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper –

Here is how I used it –

So cute, right?

And, the deer on the front is cut out with a punch from the paper! The Deer Builder Punch –

He is already ready for you to punch out!

I added the sentiment from Words of Cheer stamp set –

The image I used is in the upper right. Since it is clear, I was able to see what I was inking up and and just inked the ‘Happy Christmas’ part before stamping it.

How about a new challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to start your week off creativity!?!? Here is our newest layout challenge –

I had some fun with this one! Take a look –

I used the Clever Cats stamp set! Because it is soo cute! And, I love cats!

I get a nice clean, solid stamped image, I used the Stamparatus!

It is a multipurpose stamp platform. The plates can be moved down, flipped, removed – the possibilities are endless! I used this frequently in everyday stamping. It makes stamping fun, because it fail proof!

Ok, back to the card….I also added some cardboard from a shoe box behind the focal image!

The Scalloped Contours Dies helped keep the image nice and clean!

Simply lovely!

Feeling the fall feels today although it is 90+ degrees here with 100% humidity!

This is the new Pretty Pumpkins Bundle –

So many great pumpkins in this set!! Wow! I chose the pretty fall-ish one!

You wouldn’t guess it, but this paper is actually a Christmas paper! It’s the Tidings of Christmas 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper!

I used a neutral print that could go a variety of ways for card making! I love those kinds of papers honestly!

It did take me a few tries to get the sentiment just that way I wanted it! Don’t you hate that??? But, I got it just to my liking! Lol!

I thought this adorable Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper was the perfect choice for this card –So cute, right?? Well, this paper can be yours FREE during Sale-a-bration!

These adorable penguins are found in the paper too! I used the coordinating Penguin Builder Punch to punch them out! It will be available August 3rd!

The sentiment is from the coordinating Penguin Place stamp set. I love how it fits perfectly into the space!

Happy Monday my stampin’ friends!

Recovering from a Card Buffet this past weeked – oh, what fun we had!

Now to get into my weekly challenges!

I’ll start the week off with a new challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge –

I was in the mood to stamp today, so I used the Hostess set, Better Places –

I haven’t given it much love so I thought I’d play with it today. It created a lovely focal point –

Pretty, right??

I used the Stamparatus to get a great, clean, sharp, stamped image! Night of Navy ink is soo elegant!

Afterwards, I embossed the panel using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder to make it resemble a painting!

These rich colors along with the Gold Foil strip make the card look soo elegant!

How about an inspiring sketch from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge? Here is our latest one –

I took a unique approach to this challenge using the What’s Cookin’ Bundle –

Here is my fun card –

Soo cute, right??

I looked at the bundle online and took some inspiration from one of the cards show. I started with a strip of the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper (because it is on sale) and went from there!

I stamped the realistic looking bowl in Cherry Cobbler and die cut all the pieces. I love how the cutting board cuts and creates the embossed lines at the same time!

Although this Tidings of Christmas paper is a Christmas paper, it sure is versatile!

I love these simple sketches! Perfect for showing off Designer Series Paper (especially when it’s on sale!!!) –

This is the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper –

Perfect for creating a soft mood, like ‘feel better’.

For this card, my pattern strips are 1″ x 4 1/2″, placed on a 4″ x 5 1/4″ card stock panel. Simple!

This nice sentiment comes from the Hand-Penned Petals. All the stamps are light and fresh –

I think this layout works well with any Designer Series Paper too!

Happy Monday!

Let’s start the week off with a another great challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge –

So fun, isn’t it!?!?

I went with a playful take on the sketch –

These Party Puffins are the best!

I used my Stamparatus to stamp these nice and evenly. Then I fussy cut them out. I know, you either love or hate to fussy cut…..

The sentiment was also stamped using the Stamparatus after I assembled the card. That’s the beauty of this nifty tool! So many great ways to use it.

The stamped images were colored with Stampin’ Blends to nicely match the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper.

This card is just so fun and cute! Wouldn’t you agree??

Hydrangea Thank You

Happy Monday!

Time for another great challenge from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge –

Here is my Design Team card –

I decided to play with this soon-to-retire Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper* this week! It is soo pretty and I just did not take the time to enjoy it.

For my diagonal in the sketch, I cut a piece (that I like both sides), 5″ x 4 3/4″. I made note of which area would be the focal corner and cut from point to point. I flipped one creating the criss cross on the card.

It is not a pocket card, although it could have been that way. The back piece is also a piece of pattern paper!

The flower head was cut from another piece of pattern paper in the pack, as well as the tag. See how pretty all the papers are?? The sentiment came from the Hydrangea Haven stamp set in the bundle. It stamps quite crisp and clear for such a tiny stamp!

Just admiring this card one more time, lol!
