We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Weekly, we share various themes to inspire your creativity. This week, we are creating cards with vellum!

Vellum doesn’t have to scary, or does it?

I went with a spooky Halloween card since it is October and halloween is just around the corner!

I started with cutting a scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Christmas Dies in Vellum, then I decided what pattern paper to use with it.

I liked how this web pattern from the Frightfully Fun Designer Series Paper fit the inside nicely.

Of course, it needed a spider for the web. That came from the Web of Fun Dies. I curled his legs, adding a double stack of Black Dimensionals for big added height.

The sentiment is a well used one for me from the Oh My Fright Dies.

The addition of the silver sequins really made the card pop! It was just what the card needed!
