Here is our latest two-week challenge at TSOT –

Ahhhhh, the last card of this catalog with this adorable retiring Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper –

Definitely sweet! Lol!

Simply done with an almost full piece (4″ x 5 1/4″) of Designer Series Paper, a strip of Crumb Cake Tufted 3D Embossed card stock, 3 punched circles, and a stamped sentiment from the coordinating stamp set, Bonanza Buddies.

The Bonanza Buddies stamp set, Tufted 3D Embossing Folder, and the Birthday Bonanza Designer Series Paper are all retiring. You can order yours here.

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest layout challenge –

I had fun with this one this week –

I started with the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper. One of the patterns has images already designed and colored! I took to fussy cutting them as my inspiration.

I designed this card a little backwards. I created the focal point first, then moved on to the rest of the card.

I went with the Dressed to Impress stamp set for the sentiment. I used my favorite, Stitched So Sweetly Dies, to frame it.

I added the make up pieces around it. Then I decided what colors looked good around it.

I thought this Tufted 3D Embossing Folder was appropriate. The thin pieces just matched the colors well.

I am in love with this card, aren’t you? Hopefully, I’ve inspired you to create with our challenge this week!

Coloring Christmastime is Here

How is your Monday so far?

I needed a little color therapy today.

Stampin’ Up! Only Challenges! felt the same way! Their challenge this week encourages us to pull out the coloring items and get to coloring!

I pulled out this lovely stamp, Christmas Rose stamp set and some Blends –

Beautiful, huh? This Christmas Rose bundle is soo pretty!

I stamped the flower in Basic Gray on Whisper White and colored it with several different Blends markers. I went over the flower with Wink of Stella for a slight bit of pop!

All around the edge, I used the Light Soft Sea Foam Blends to soften the color.

I used the coordinating Rose Dies for the flower bunch.

The gorgeous flower bunch sits on a Tufted 3d embossed panel. The reversible ribbon coordinated quite well also!

This bundle will be available November 1st. There is a whole suite of beautiful products you’ll want to have!

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Purple Rain

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features shades of purple.

Great colors to show off this new To a Wild Rose stamp set –

This Purple Posy flower is sooo gorgeous!!! I made it simple here, but it also has two additional stamps to create depth and realism with this flower.

The background was made using the Tufted 3d embossing folder. I added the tiny pearls making this card soo elegant. It’s framed with the new Purple Posy In Color.

The sentiment is also from the stamp set. It’s a combination of two. Those are stamped in the darker, Gorgeous Grape on Highland Heather card stock.

This bundle will be available June 4th.
