Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new layout challenge to spark your creativity –

The holiday season brings me J O Y –

I started by cutting these velvet letters from the Alphabet a La Mode dies. Then I went through my holiday patterns papers to see which patterns worked well with this dark green color.

I chose the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. A pattern that had a lot of pink in it.

To soften the Pretty in Pink card base, I used a newer embossing folder, Beautiful patterns 3D, in vellum.

This card is light, bright, festive and just pretty!

‘Tis The Season

Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new layout challenge to spark your creativity –

I created what I saw immediately when I saw this sketch –

I had to find the correct size circle for the snowman head. One from the Spotlight on Nature Dies seemed to work just fine.

For the eyes and mouth, I used the the tiny circle from the Gingerbread Man Dies. The tricky part was the carrot nose. The inside of the large letter A from the Party Alphabet Dies worked like a charm.

The scarf was created from the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper.

After looking through my holiday sentiments, this ’tis the season’ fit in the space nicely.

This is such an adorable holiday card! Don’t you agree?

Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new layout challenge to spark your creativity –

I was feeling a bit festive with my creation this week –

I used some leftover pattern paper strips from the Traditions of Christmas Designer Paper to create this pretty card!

For the focal point, I die cut the top part of a bunch of flowers that were at the bottom of this piece of Designer Series Paper. Don’t let these images go to waste, ever! Always find a way to use them.

I placed the flower bunch on a 2 3/8″ punched circle. The sentiment was molded to the circle as its photopolymer and easy to do.

Just a pretty sweet card!
