Hello my stampin’ friends!

It has been toooo long! Family comes first though! And that is a benefit of being your own boss, working from home.

I’ll start slowly with getting back into crafting as 2021 is winding down.

Let’s begin with a Thursday Create with Connie and Mary challenge!

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Fun Shaped Cards

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features a fun shaped cards other than a rectangle.

This is a tricky one!

This is what I came up with –

BOO!

Isn’t this the sweetest!?!?!?

I used the Basic Border Dies for this sweet little ghost friend!

When I cut the curvy top and thee zig zag bottom, I used washi tape to keep them in place as I ran them through back and forth to cut through the folded card.

The eyes are from the Picture This Dies, one of the small circles –

He just turned out soo cute!

I look forward to creating more of these to send out this month! Perhaps in different sizes!

I stamped boo on the inside.

Go forward to check out Debbie Henderson, and back to Cindy Elam. I know they’ll have some great fun shaped cards for us as well as everyone else on the hop!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest color challenge –

These colors remind me of Sale-a-bration! But, I went with something else!

Kinda cool, right?

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment repeatedly in the challenge colors. Here’s the nifty part –

I created a nifty fold!

After stamping the full sentiment from the Thinking Thanks & Peace, I sliced the panel between the words! I popped one up on the front and placed the other one on the inside!

I really like how this turned out!

It’s fun and fresh! Wouldn’t you agree?

Happy Saturday!

Time for another blog hop today!

Our theme is anything we are working on from the new catalog!

I love this big, bold set, Thinking Thanks & Peace –

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the repetitive image in Crumb Cake, the middle one being darker.

The next element I added was Pool Party leaves from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set. It just says fall in a perfect way.

Lastly, I added some Linen Thread and some sequins I found on my desk!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest color challenge for the week –

I still had two stamp sets on my desk and thought they’d make a great fun fall card! See what I mean –

Right?!?! The leaves and soft dots are from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set –

These are rubber stamps and you can not see through them. I did manage to free stamp these leaves! And, pretty evenly I’d say! I started in the upper corner and went from there , lining up the top leaves point to the stem.

The nice bold sentiment, it is from the Thanks Thinking & Peace stamp set –

I used the Stamparatus to stamp this image solid and clear. It only took two times as this stamps stamps very nice!

So pretty! I can not wait to mail it out!

Happy Try Stampin’ on Tuesday my stampin’ friends!

Time for another challenge –

Nice sketch! I used both!

A simply done card using a couple new products.

This nice, bold sentiment is from the Thinking Thanks & Peace stamp set. It is a new one.

The other new stamp set I used is from the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle –

The die cut leaf also came from the bundle from the Intricate Leaves Dies. This will be a favorite for me I am sure!

I love the simplicity of this card. It is elegant. And, not to mention, easy to create!
