I just have to play with this adorable Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper, again! (It’s free with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration!)

I was inspired by Inspire. Create. Stamping Challenges. when I saw this sketch –

I came up with this to show off both sides of this adorable mushroom pattern –

Such a sweet card with a wonderful, heartfelt, sentiment.

I love the medallion shape from the Spot of tea framelits. I combined it with the Starburst Punch here for the sentiment.

Sweet Birthday

It’s Thursday! We are back with our Create with Connie and Mary challenges!

This is our newest color challenge –

Nice colors to get the creative mojo flowing again!

I used new products to create a birthday card –

This is a really sweet set that you’ll just love! Its jars. Its candy. Its adorable!

I stamped the three jars, using the 6×6 Designer Series Paper Stacks and framelit cut them. The larger jar is cut from a solid piece of Balmy Blue. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment in the center.

Pretty easily created. The bundle and the ribbon will be available January 3, 2019.

Halloween Favor – Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features a Halloween Favor.

This is perfect as Halloween will be here before we know it!

I created a little dual holder for a gift card or a flat chocolate treat –

Opened, it has a little gusset that expands. The gusset is actually a paper bag trimmed down, using the top for this and the bottom for another project.

The strip started off being 7 3/4 x 3 3/4. Scored at 1 5/8, 1 7/8, 4 5/8, 4 7/8.

My paper bag is about 2 inches, adhered to the inside. The shorter part flips over and becomes your flap to close.

These can be made up in no time!

Tea Time for TSOT

Happy Tuesday! Time to share a card designed for Try Stampin’ on Tuesday, TSOT!

Out theme this week is a color challenge –

No optional theme this week.

Since I’m also designing for my upcoming Card Buffet, I decided to use this sweet Tea Room Suite!

I think this will be a hit! It’s simple done with a few different elements. It really uses a lot of the framelits in the set.

In my card, you see two floral borders with two flowers? Well, in the framelits, you actually get two of each of these framelits to make efficient work when creating this card! I love this idea! Really does help when mass producing cards or if you hold classes!

The circle and tea-cup are also from the same framelits!

Happy Tuesday my stampin’ friends! Time for another great challenge from Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!

Here is our newest challenge to get you inspired –

Optional Theme : Field of Flowers

Perfect time to play with the Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper! It’s on sale until the end of the month, buy 3 Designer Series Papers and get the 4th FREE!

I picked a pattern and that became my foundation for my card. I designed this from there –

I stamped the sentiment and added the flowers in Calypso Coral under it. I stamped the flowers a few times without re-inking the stamp. After stamping, I framelit cut the square.

I chose the circle frame from the Spot of Tea Framelits. It is nice and simple for this card design.

The card came together quickly with the start of this bold Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper!

Time for Tea

Welcome to the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday challenge!

We’ve been ‘CASEing’ the new Stampin’ Up catalog! Here is our latest inspiration –

Simply an adorable layout!

I decided to create a card using all one color : Blueberry Bushel, one of the new In-Colors. And, I used a new bundle, Time for Tea –

Reminds me of Delft Blue or Blue Willow patterns with the intense blue colors.

I stamped the teacup and that top panel with the sentiment. The stripes are Designer Series Paper and the other floral pattern was stamped.

Notice the texture of the Blueberry Bushel card stock? It’s a new embossing folder, Subtle Dynamic. When we used to have textured card stock, that’s what it resembles. I will get lots of use from this one! I can tell already!
