So Very Vellum DSP

Hello Sunday. Hello friend.

I am creating to keep my mind going during this time. Quarantine crafting I guess!

Only a few more days left of Sale-a-bration to take advantage of free stuff from Stampin’ Up!. Perfect timing since we are spending time a home.

I was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches today –

And, the fact that these Wild Rose Dies* were added to the choices of free stuff! Sure makes for a pretty card –

And combined with this Seriously The Best bold stamp set – what a great combination!

Behind the sentiment I used another Sale-a-bration product, the So Very Vellum*. The color I used here was Soft Sea Foam, its textured. I placed it atop a piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock for the subtle color pop.

This all goes well with the Call Me Clover that will sadly be retiring in June. Grab yours now before they sell out!

I will make a few more of these cards to send out. Perfect quick card for these times or anytime you just want to say, hello friend!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest layout challenge to keep you busy –

I wanted to use the new Sale-a-bration* paper, So Very Vellum. I came up with this –

Another simply elegant card created in no time! Lol, #cardquickie

This Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper matched the embossed vellum soo nicely! The sentiment is from Positive Thoughts (a favorite of mine these days).

Happy Monday! Time for something new and some challenges for inspiration!

How about this new gorgeous Soft Sea Foam vellum from the So Very Vellum Designer Series Paper pack –

Isn’t this just soo lovely??

I started with a Whisper White base. The Soft Sea Foam card stock is smaller than the vellum piece to show off how pretty it is.

The tulips were stamped and fussy cut. I layered them onto a circle with hand cut stems. To give them a 3D look, I use a dimensional at the top of the tulip, then regular snail at the bottom. Tulips lean over a bit, so this shows that off quite well.

Both helped to create a beautiful card that I can not wait to send out!
