Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features a heart, or many.

I created a simple heart Valentine filled with lots of love –

I featured the pattern paper, Love Notes Designer Series Paper. These papers are adorable!

I cut strips of coordinating patterns, placing them in a simple layout with a Cherry Cobbler border.

For a focal point, I found this double heart image that I handcut. I felt it was lacking, so I found this ‘be mine’ heart surrounded by flowers. I placed a piece of clear packing tape over the heart for added texture and trimmed away the flowers by hand.

Both sets I popped up on dimensionals for that little added *wow* to an otherwise simple card.

I love it. It makes me smile.
