Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

We share various themes to inspire your creativity. This week, we are creating cards with greetings as the focal point.

Since graduations are around the corner –

I combined the Reason To Celebrate stamp set with the Party Alphabet Dies creating a fun fold.

And, fully opened –

I stamped repeatedly the word CONGRATULATIONS on both the front, and, the inside. When the front is folded, CON shows and the left, ans RATULATIONS shows on the right! Yes, purposely done!

Pretty cool, huh? Simple, but stunning!

Happy Monday!

Time for a Design Team card for Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. Here is our newest challenge –

Here is what I did with it –

Yes, a graduation card!

Graduations will be here before we know it!

This is such a fun, happy card. As of the time of posting this card, the Happy Dies** sold out. The So Much Happy* stamp set is retiring, but still available –

I used the stamp set for the balloon strings.

The sentiment is from the Well Said* stamp set. I will miss this stamp set for all the fabulous words! It is also retiring soon –

Blogging Friends Blog Hop – Something Old

It’s May 1st! Wow!

Time to get your creativity going with a couple of blog hops! This one is for –
Our theme this month is something old, well something that’s retiring.

I went with a stamp I just got from the mini, Witty-Cisms. It’s time to start making graduation cards!

I have a couple of friends who have kids that will soon graduate. Some senior year this has been for them! I wanted go extra in my card creation.

For the outside stamped panel, I used the Stamparatus for even placement. Simple, but the repeated pattern is really nice. I placed it on Silver Foil creating a flap.

When you open the flap, its a nifty gift card holder (please note, gift has not been purchased yet, lol!)

As it is opened, it literally pulls the pocket up holding the gift card!! Soo clever! I’ve seen these before on the interweb, but never tried one. I like it. It’s different.
