Hello my Stampin’ friends!

Today is the last day to order from the retiring July – December Mini Catalog. So much of it is marked down to clear it out! You should probably take one last look!

For the past few days, I have been showing old stuff with new stuff. Today is my last day of this combination. Today, with these sweet bunny cards –

I love a great layout where I can make multiple cards and use up paper. I am featuring the Gingham Cottage one last time. Did I tell you it’s only $18.00 for 48, 12″ x 12″ sheets?!?!

I started with a rectangle, then cut that into three pieces, trimming one a bit. I arranged them in the same layout on a piece of Basic White card stock.

I paired the pastel cards with the new Easter Bunny Bundle, stamp set and punch.

I did a simple solid punch, placing the bunnies on a vellum. I used the sentiment ‘Hi’ from the set to mail out now. This can easily be changed to the Happy Easter sentiment in the set.

This cute Yeti is ready to celebrate! I can see why – both the stamp set and dies are retiring in a few days are less than $20 for both! I stamped him on the Snowy White Velvet Paper for some added feel when touching the card.

For even more feels on the card, I usd the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder behind the yeti – soo cute!

Hello my Stampin’ friends!

I am finally taking a bit of time to play with some new, and soon-to-retire, stamp stuff!

I am feeling lucky today –

As you can see, I am using the Gingham Cottage Designer Series paper again. This time, I also used the soon-to-retire Scary Silhouette Dies.

The new products I paired these items is the new Lucky Clover Bundle, which contains is a stamp set and coordinating punch. I am really glad to see this. We have needed this ‘lucky’ for a long while!

I used the Stamparatus to get a great solid stamped image on these clovers. Since it was out, I also used it on the sentiment as well! Do you have a Stampartatus? I use it more and more these days!

Happy New Year my Stampin’ Friends!

I am spending a little time sharing some card ideas with some old friends today! What a great way to start the new year!

Our theme today features something old (from the retiring mini catalog), with something new (from the new upcoming January – June mini catalog).

I started with this wonderful, must have, Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper that is on sale for $18.00 (was $30)!!! After, January 4, it will no longer be available. Order yours today!

For a little added detail, I used the Stitched with Whimsy Dies around the edge. It takes the card up a notch.

I paired it with the new Country Bouquet Bundle, stamp set and punch. I am always drawn to punches.

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Vintage Thanksgiving

Thank for joining us for our weekly Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme today is : Vintage Thanksgiving

I needed some table cards for my upcoming ‘Friendsgiving Card Buffet’ and I created the perfect ‘vintage’ card –

Absolutely adorable, right?

I started with a trimmed card base of 4 1/4″ x 4 3/4″, scored at 4 3/4″. I used the Very Best Trio Punch for the four corners creating the ‘pumpkin’ shape. The stem adds the length creating a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ card.

I added the center band from the Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper.

I also used a leaf and some gems from the Label Leaf & Amber Gem Combo Pack. The leaf I glue down in the center and used Dimensionals on the tips to elevate that part, creating depth in the simple, flat leaf.

The sentiment is from the Hello Harvest and is very appropriate for all my stampin’ friends! It fits the label Me Fancy Punch perfectly!

Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop – Pumpkin Spice

Our theme today is PUMPKINS! I just love pumpkins!!

I had so much fun getting creative with this today –

Isn’t this THE cutest! I had fun coming up with a creative pumpkin for this. Any guesses as to what I used to create theses pumpkins besides the Stripes & Splatters Embossing Folders? Don’t scroll – I’ll tell you at the end.

I used the Picture This Die cut for the three windows. With these colors, this So Saffron Gingham Cottage Designer Series is nice, subtle, and fallish for this card.

Please note, these leaves are from the Candy Cane Dies. The stamping was already on the scrap I pulled for stamping.

So, what did I use to create these pumpkins? The Cherry Builder Punch! Makes great pumpkins!
