Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

We are switching up our challenges a bit to sketches from the new catalog –

Then, we recreate it!

So stunning! Perfect bag for a wedding ot to welcome a little girl!

I embossed my Polished Pink Ombre Gift Bag using the Checks & Dots Embossing Folder.

For my focal image, I used the Artistically Inked Bundle along with the Scallop Contours Dies, I just trimmed away the top and sides! It created a nice little tag! I’ll use the scalloped scraps another time!

The polka dot paper peeking around is from the Pattern Party Host Designer Series Paper.

Hello Monday!

We have a new sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to get you creating this week!

Great sketch! Perfect for showing off this wonderful new background die –

Yes, I did flip the sketch!

I created this gorgeous background using this new large die, the Stitched Greenery Die –

I added these Polished Pink stamped and die cut watercolor flowers from the Artistically Inked Bundle –

Together, they create such a soft, elegant, gorgeous card!

The sentiment is from the same stamp set, however, I used the die from the Bloom Hybrid Embossing Folder. Yes, it does contain a set of dies, name is deceiving, lol!

Just soo pretty!

Fun Fold Fridays – Pocket Front Card

Happy Friday!

I missed last week, thank you for understanding!

Look at this sweet card –

I used the new Sweet As A Peach Bundle to create it –

Such a fun set! And, priced nicely for the bundle!

The way the card is folded, there is a pocket on the front! My card slides into it.

I stamped the peaches three times in Pale Papaya. The stamp creates the shading for you! For the stems, I inked up the leaves in Pear Pizzazz and used a Stampin’ Write Marker in Early Espresso to color the stem. I die cut all parts.

The sentiment is stamped in Early Espresso. It would brighten anyone’s day!

I added the Genial Gems randomly on the card for a little more color.

I followed this nifty Pocket Fold card idea from a Splitcoaststampers tutorial. So, why re-right it? Dina explains it well!

I used the 2021-2023 In Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper in Pale Papaya on the flap and the triangles at the bottom.

For my card, I did add the Basic White on the inside and the pocket insert on the front. This is in addition to what’s in the tutorial.

I look forward to creating more of these. They are easy, fun, and a little different from the everyday average card!
