Thank you for joining us for our weekly Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features cards that are only black and white, my favorite!

I have a sweet Fun Fold card to kick off my birthday month with –

I used the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper, Darling Details bundle, Stylish Shapes Dies, and the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch. Just a few basic supplies.

As I mentioned before this is a Fun Fold card . . . . .

. . . . . . . but, we are not through opening it.

Yes! Isn’t this just the sweetest birthday card????

Hello there Happy Birthday Friend

This gem will fit into a regular envelope too as it is a 4″ x 5 1/2″ sized card.

Tips : The die cut flowers were adhered only on the flower stems and flower centers so they’d pop out a bit. The flower centers on the Designer Series Paper were colored in using a black Sharpie (because it was on the table next to this project).

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary challenge!

Here is our current color challenge –

Some pretty colors for a pretty card –

This lovely card uses the new Darling Details Bundle, stamp and dies. It was the first floral set I wanted from the new catalog!

I love this detailed border it cuts out!

I started this card by stamping a panel and adding greenery. I added the die cut frame and additional flowers for some depth.

I finished it off with a punched sentiment.

This is just as sweet as can be!
