Hello Stampin’ Friends!

I am feeling a little creative these days! I decided to join my fellow stamping friends over at Stamping with Friends Blog Hop group today.

We are all sharing ideas for the Product of The Month!

The May release is this beautiful Berry Botanical Vellum Designer Series Paper –

It is a nice thick vellum. I used it as a card front –

And, as you open the card –

It is another card with a top fold!

This is simply a beautiful was to show off this nice vellum!

For the front, I added a sentiment punched with the new Rounded Rectangle Punch. A little coordinating color added a foundation to help the sentiment stand out. I adhered it along the side so the adhesive didn’t show through the vellum.

A nice wrap of white Baker’s Twine finished the card off.

This design allows the vellum to show through quite nicely! Blueberry Bushel seems to be a forgotten color for me, but here it steals the show.
