Welcome to Wednesday my stampin friends!

On Wednesdays we have a new challenge at Make The Cards Challenge! Here is our newest inspiration to get you creating –

Oh, this will be a fun card!

Card stock ✔️
Critters ✔️
Stencil ⍰

That’s right, a question mark next to the stencil. I don’t have any stencils. Time to get creative!

I knew the direction my card was going in. But, again, no stencils or even better, specific stencils! So, I made my own!

Pretty nifty for a non-stenciler, right?

I got to work with some ink and sponge daubers, yes, I have those!

Viola! A stenciled background! Pretty nice if I do say so myself! With the magic of some additional ink and stamps – i have a background and magically A CARD!

I just started adding layers of stamping! The leaves were first.

Then came the hearts because of the sentiment.

I had already stamped the squirrels and fussy cut them. I just had to figure out the sentiment.

And easy peasy thought to tie in the colors!

Not too bad for a non-stenciler, right? Lol! It is a bit busy of of card for me usually – but, it is just too stinkin’ cute! I’d love to read your thoughts on it!

Welcome my stampin’ friends!

Time to hope around with these talented group of creators! Our theme this time around is autumn / fall / Halloween.

I chose fall –

I used the same layout I used earlier on another post, I just oriented this one the other way.

I featured the Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper here because it is soo pretty!

I added stamped, punched pumpkins as they are soo fall! Both are from the same punch, the top one I just trimmed the sides to make narrow.

The sentiment is from the Beautiful Autumn stamp. The punched leaved are from the same pattern paper, Gilded Autumn using the Autumn Punch Pack.

I love this layout! What do you think?

Happy Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!

Here is our latest two-week challenge –

Optional Theme : Autumn

What a fun sketch! Perhaps because fall is soo fun!

I went with my favorite sized card, a mini slim card, using the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper –

Isn’t this sweet!?!? The size of this card is 3 1/2″ x 6″.

I added two strips of Designer Series Paper on my card. One, I added the stamped sentiment, and the other side I added four punched acorns.

The acorns are from the same Designer Series Paper punched using the Autumn Punch Pack.

Simple card, simple design, big impact!

Hello There, Again!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest challenge –

And, here is what I did with it –

Playing with fall stuff again!

This time the gorgeous Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper along with the Beautiful Autumn bundle.

I stamped two different leaves, colored them with Blends and punched them out. I placed them on a sheet of the Designer Series Paper that was embossed leaf and acorn images.

I added the sentiment stamped in Misty Moonlight and punched using the Classic Label punch.

Simple. Cute. Quick.
