Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary challenge!

Here is our current color challenge –

I am feeling a bit of the spring feels here although for Texas, it is pretty chilly!

I really like these two-step stamping flowers in this Art Gallery stamp set! I used the two colors in the challenge here.

I used the coordinating, Floral Gallery dies for both the flowers and the stem. Convenient as they both fit in the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, and both are on sale!

I bit hard to see in the picture, but, I also used the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing folder On the Mango Melody layer.

This is a great card for a variety of circumstances, colors and all!

The last detail was a bow on the flower stem! It added just the right touch the card needed!

Happy Tuesday Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!

We have another great 2 week challenge to get creativity going –

Ok, well, I had to sit the instrument part out. I didn’t have any. I created this instead –

I did follow the sketch! I love it! I’ve been trying to make more cards with sentiments like this. That way, they can be mailed out anytime to anyone! 

I cut a nice flower piece from the Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper, backing it in Poppy Parade for the extra ‘pop’, literally!

The sentiment is from the coordinating bundle, Art Gallery, both the partially stamped image, and the die cut!

Welcome to our last Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge for 2020! You’ll have a week to join us though!

Here is our color challenge to bring in the new year –

I debated about playing with great, well-loved retiring merchandise or new stuff……

New stuff won! This is the Art Gallery Bundle –

I stamped each flower from the Art Gallery stamp set in the three colors.

The flowers are a two-step stamp process. For each of the larger portion of the flowers, I inked up my stamp and stamped on a scrap before actually stamping on the real card stock. The highlight portion of the flower is stamped in full ink.

After I stamped all the flowers, I used the Floral Gallery Dies to die cut the flowers out.

I placed them on a Whisper White / Basic White piece with the sentiment stamped on the lower corner.

On the card base, I used the new Stitched With Whimsy Dies to create a border around the popped up focal point.

A very easy and elegant birthday card!

Playing with new stuff from the January to June 2021 Catalog today!

I was inspired by TGIF Challenges today –

I have been itching to to play with this gorgeous Art Gallery Bundle –

See how pretty this is??? The Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper is soo detailed. It is an actual painting copied and made into paper!

The main words dies and the postage bordered banner are from the new Floral Gallery Dies.

The Art Gallery stamp set has several words to coordinate with the main die words also.

I can see getting a lot of use from this bundle. I think it will be a popular one for sure. It will be available the first part of January.
