Back To School Days

Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Weekly, we share various themes to inspire your creativity. This week, we are creating cards for back to school!

This theme had me a little stumped until I started playing around with different things. I started with just the alphabet from the Lux Alphabet & Numbers Hot Foil Dies in various colors.

Then I remembered seeing a sheet of notebook paper in one of my packs of paper, Homemade Sweetness.  Things started to flow!

I pulled out the Last Chance, Currently Loving stamp set to stamp the reading, learning, playing on the ‘notebook’ paper.

I arranged the numbers and letters around the stamp words.

I also added ENJOY YOUR DAY from Balloon Festoon, above the list. It went perfectly with list of things to do.

This would be a great card for an elementary student or maybe even a teacher!

For that ‘extra’ on the card, I added a staple in the top left. It’s always those details!
