Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Weekly, we share various themes to inspire your creativity. This week, we are creating cards that are inspired by nature.

I was inspired by the this pretty bronze Delicate Designs Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I used the Everyday Arches to cut a generous piece out. This new Barely Blush card stock made a nice base.

I took the Two Tone Barely Blush and embossed it with the Paradise Garden Hybrid Embossing Folder. I really liked the contrast of the backside of this folder and the lighter shade. There are no rules on which is the right or wrong side when it comes to embossing either!

Initially, I stamped the sentiment in the same Barely Blush, but, it barely showed up. Pecan Pie turned out to look like bronze without embossing.

I added two die cuts from Petals of Beauty Dies. They look nice and matched the leaves, or sprigs, quite nicely.
