Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!
Our theme this week features our favorite Designer Series Paper, DSP.
Ohhhh, there a soo many great new ones to choose from! This is hard.
I was drawn to this paper first, Sweet Symmetry –
Since this is a show off, I went with two simple card layouts –
I am starting to send out Basic Card Layout ideas to my stampers and thought this was the perfect one to start with!
Vertical card layout –
For this one, the pattern paper is 4″ x 5 1/4″, cut at 1 1/2″. One piece is flipped to use the other side.
Horizontal card layout –
This horizontal one is 5 1/4″ x 4″, cut at 1 1/4″, and one piece flipped.
I just picked the pattern I liked a little better for the larger, top piece.
They both use the same sentiment shape, the Tailored Tag Punch, and Night of Navy ink color.
The sentiment is from the coordinating stamp set, In Symmetry –
A great, cool, funky set!
Go forward to check out Debbie Henderson, and back to Cindy Elam. I know they’ll have some great projects to inspire us!

- Card Stock – Just Jade, Flirty Flamingo, Basic White, Night of Navy

You are welcome Kathy – I forget sometimes the simplest cards are the the most challenging to figure out!
