Fun Fold Fridays – Book Fold

Happy Friday!

Time to share a really cool, easy Fun Fold today!

A Book Fold –

Quick run down how I did these –

For the long cards –

• card base 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 4 1/2″, 5 1/2″
• fold closed like a card, fold back scoreline
• adhere 1 1/4″ section on the inside using Tear & Tape
• DSP strip is 1″ x 4″
• DSP big piece is 4″ x 4″
• tie ribbon around
• add sentiment

For the tall cards –

• card base is 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 3 1/4″, 4 1/4″
• fold closed like a card, fold back scoreline
• adhere 1″ section on the inside using Tear & Tape
• DSP strip is 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
• DSP big piece is 3″ x 5 1/4″
• tie ribbon around
• add sentiment

For all the cards I used products that are about to retire and are must haves! 

I used the Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper * on all the cards. It is now marked down to $6.00, from $15.00!!!!

You need this paper!!! Lol!

The sentiment is a favorite of mine from the Strong & Beautiful* stamp set. I always like to send it out at Mother’s Day to my friends.

I used the Story Label Punch* and the 2″ Circle* punch for the sentiment focal point. Both are retiring. 

Of course, each card was finished off with retiring ribbons as well!
