Welcome to another month of the Blogging Friends Blog Hop!
This will be a fun hop because it’s catalog favorites! Soooo many good choices!!!
How do I even decide? It varies from week to week for me! I guess I’ll look at what I’ve used most…..
* * *
After a lot of looking and thinking and pondering, I decided to go with a few items that are only sold by Stampin’ Up. Of course, I love the Big Shot and the magnetic platform, the framelits, our exclusive colors of card stock and the ink pads – but, other companies have these items and you can find them in all the big box craft stores.
However, I do love our stamp pad cases, the DVD style thin ones. Those are unique. They are the best! And a few stamp sets I am partial to…..
I’m going to have to go with Gorgeous Grunge –
And, I’d say my next favorite stamp set would be another quite versatile one, Fabulous Four –
I created a mini set to show off this set –
As far as the Occasions Mini catalog, I’d have to say, that’s a really hard choice, but, I’ll say the Suite Sayings. Once again, because it’s so versatile!
Although it’s just past, I also have a favorite Sale-a-Bration 2016 set too –
I told you I like to fussy cut –
I loved these the large words! Cutting is almost therapeutic for me!
Nice little 3×3 spread of fav’s, right?
Ok, lastly, why not throw in an oldie, but goodie? Anyone remember this –
It’s dated 2002!!! I’ve made several things for a co-worker over the past months. It’s been fun pulling this out to stamp with.
So, are you surprised?
As far as accessories, there are lots that I really love. But, remember, what is exclusive to Stampin’ Up?
I’d have to go with our blocks. No other company has the nice, thick, round edged blocks that Stampin’ Up does –
I just love the tactile feel of them. Not too light, not too heavy. And the perfect thickness!
Were you surprised at my choices? Think about what Stampin’ Up has that makes them unique to other crafting products. What are your favorites?
Now, hop on over to see what the others favor.
Or, click on the names below to check out the others and their favorites –
And, you know, it’s good ‘card carma’ and leave a comment before leaving!

Libby, I love how you separated the words in Botanicals for You! Genius! You had a great selection of stamp sets; I agree it’s almost impossible to choose several, and impossible to choose just one!

I just love this set Debbie! Once I got over that large stamp fear I haven’t put it down!! Sad it was a SAB set……
Anna Masciovecchio says
Great post! I immediately went on a crusade to find that Girl Scout stamp!!
Libby says
Lol Anna!!!! I had it back when my girls were in Scouts – I didn’t use it a whole lot. I’ve used it more in the past months. I didn’t have time to whip up any more samples….thanks for commenting!

Libby, I too, like how you separated by categories. I have to admit I do not have the Fabulous Four and Suite Sayings to date but have Gorgeous Grunge and do like that one. Yes, I love Stampin’ Up!’s clear blocks and those are the only ones I use for stamping.
Libby says
Thanks for stopping by to leave a comment Lorene! Too many stamps!!!

Wow Libby! Lots of great choices. I haven’t been around Stampin’UP! long enough to know the Girl Guide set, but it sure looks cute! I love the way you fussy cut those large words – definitely NOT therapeutic for me. Love, love, love Gorgeous Grunge. Thanks for the reminder of all the great options for favourites.

Libby, I agree with your choice of stamp sets. Gorgeous Grunge is a must have just like Timeless Textures. Although the Girl Scout set is one I may have missed out on, glad you have had an opportunity to use it.
