Happy relaxing Sunday!
I’m pausing on my Card Buffet festivities to play around with a card challenge. I just wanted to be creative this morning!
Sadly, it’s the last sketch over at Seize the Sketch. I have LOVED their ideas. And, I love their simple, eye-catching picture they’ve always posted. Very visually appealing. I’ll miss them…..
This is the sketch I went for –
See how clean and easy to follow sketch they use?
This is what I created –
A baby card of sorts.
I recently went to a baby shower, and made this bag. The parents to be have decided to not follow the norm of finding out at the minute of conception, the gender of their baby to be. They are waiting. So, it prompted me to make this adorable baby card for them.
I pulled out a way old retired 6×6 paper pack because I liked the pink, blue and yellow papers in the pack. Just generic baby colors, really.
I decided I needed a couple of question marks. I didn’t have one by itself, so I created one. It’s from the Just Sayin’ stamp set.
I also needed a tag line. This came from A Dozen Thoughts. The Banner Punch worked well in punching out just that little bit of words I needed.
In just a few more weeks they will find out what’s been in the works will be. A girl or a boy. Either way, I’m happy for them!
And, go check out Seize the Sketch before it’s too late…….

What a super creative idea! Bravo that they want to wait to know boy or girl and what a fun way to celebrate that! Thanks so much for sharing with us in our last sketch at Seize the Sketch!
Thanks Lee Ann for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment! Your challenges will be missed!
