Hi stampin’ friends – this week, among other things, I’m getting ready for my September Halloween Class. We will be making lots of quick and easy treats for trick or treaters, co-workers, classmates…….items that east to mass produce! Hopefully, I will get the time to post them – you’ll definitely want to make a bunch of them yourself!!!
Anyway, back to the topic at hand – TIPS!
My class preparation prompted this tip. If you are making lots of one item – say you were using punches – let’s say round ones, 1 1/4 & 1 3/8, those are sooo close in size, right? Well, so you don’t mix up the sizes as you grab and punch, place a scrap of the same color of card stock on the bottom of the punch. If one color you are using is Very Vanilla, then make that scrap Very Vanilla. The other is Basic Black, then place a scrap on the bottom in Basic Black. That way, as you go to flip over the punch and punch, the colors will match up and you know you have the right one!!
This has saved me at my classes big time!! No mistakes here –
Happy Stampin’
