Got you thinkin’, right?
Well, I really liked the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches this week –
I haven’t been much in the crafting mood, but, I kept going back to this.
Since July 4th is right around the corner, I had an idea.
I really don’t have any of the ‘new’ DSP’s yet so I decided to go through my slew of Paper Pumpkin kits I have stashed. I was in a red, white and blue mood.
This is what I created –
Very fun and festive! I used 2 different kits here. Mainly the Pinwheel Party, but the silver stars came from the Wish Big kit. It’s great having this stash of goodies. Always comes in handy!
And, I used the Perpetual Birthday Calendar stamp set as well. It has such fabulous backgrounds! Perfect for little accents here and there, like my stars. I forget about using this set in a non-kit way.
