Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!
Here is our newest color challenge –
Beautiful colors for this –
What a gorgeous stamp set! Wouldn’t you agree? It is called A Touch of Ink –
I stamped the outer leaves in full Old Olive ink, the insides were stamped once a scrap of paper, then on the card, called stamping off. Same with the dots, my favorite.
Similar with the flowers, the outer part was stamp in Merry Merlot on s scrap first, then on the card.
The flower inside is Flirty Flamingo, also stamped off. The dots were stamped full ink.
The butterfly outline was stamped full ink, the inside, stamped off.
Since the flowers and leavers was randomly stamped, I placed the butterfly and sentiment in the center to cover areas that ‘needed’ something.
The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I used the new Double Oval Punch for it. So glad we have one of these again!
What do you think? Such a pretty, light card!
