Happy Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!

Here is our latest two-week challenge –

Optional Theme : Metallics

I decided to create another Halloween card –

I started with this Magic in The Night Designer Series Paper. It looks spooky and creepy, but sort of pretty.

I stamped the sentiment from the Banner year stamp set and die cut it using the Stitched Squares Dies.

For the swirls, I die cut some Black Foil swirls from the Stitched Stars Dies.

Trimming them, I placed them around the sentiment.

Pretty quick and easy. Pretty nice for a Halloween card.

I love these! They really stretch my creativity!

Using Star, Purple, and Layers, here is my take on the sketch –

I started with the Summer Nights Add On as my focal layer.

Next, I cut three cob web ‘stars’ out of the Magic in The Night Designer Series Paper. I used the Stitched Stars Dies to do this. The look great against the variegated background layer.

The die cut spider is a spooky addition to the star.

Sentiment is stamped from the Hallows Night Magic stamp set.
