Ever need a quick birthday card? Sketch challenges can be a terrific resource for quick, go-to ideas.
Today, my inspiration comes from another card challenge blog I ran across, Seize the Birthday. This is yet another clean and simple design that I just love – that’s my style.
My card is very feminine as the challenge requests. The Fancy Fan Embossing Folder was used for the background with an added touch. I split it towards the bottom and flipped it. The scallops now direct your attention to the center focal point.
A little hard to see in the photo, but I outlined the sentiment wording with a sparkly gel pen. In person, it adds a nice touch.
