Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week is features any metallics on our cards.

Here is my take –

Quite stunning! I love the veins of gold throughout the two patterns in the Kintsugi Impressions Designer Series Paper.

The vase is pretty with the light, watercolor flowers edged in gold.

This sentiment is one of the best. We’ve all been there and then needed a card for this situation.

Hello Stampin’ Friends!

After taking a month to care for my mom, things are falling back into place and I have set a date for my next Card Buffet. YIPPEE!

It is taking some thought to get my creativity back up to speed for class cards. Challenges always help me.

Once again, I was drawn to Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to spark my creativity. Here is the new sketch that caught my eye –

I chose the Kintsugi Inspirations Designer Series Paper to highlight the layout.

The paper is just beautiful with the gold detailing! Although there is a vase stamp in the coordinating stamp, I decided to just cut the vase from the pattern paper using the Inspiring Imperfections Dies. It makes a bold statement front and center.

The side panels are also from the same paper pack. Notice the detailing. Soft and light.

We all need birthday cards, so birthday was sentiment of choice for this. It is from the Simply Said Mix & Match stamp set. One of my favorites that I grab quite a bit!

Hello my stampin’ friends!

Welcome to our Thursday Create with Stamping Friends challenge!

Here is this week’s new color challenge to spark your creativity –

We are combining two new In Colors with a classic. I combined ink, markers, and blends creating this –

This is a new bundle, Inspiring Imperfections. A very serene bundle. And, I just love these words!!!

I stamped the sentiment using the new Secret Sea next to each other. This ‘torn’ piece is from the set of dies.

The embossed background is a neat mix of different textures. The white lines behind the vase are from the set of dies to resemble veining. It just gives such a feel to this card.
