Panda Party Brings Joy

Welcome stampers! Glad you stopped by! Sharing a cute card designed for Create with Connie and Mary today. It’s Thursday – we have a new challenge –

So, this is a really cool sketch! Aren’t they all??

I knew immediately I wanted to use a new Sale-a-Bration set, Party Pandas, but I also wanted to create with Christmas items before they retire.

Well, why not combine both?

Isn’t this A D O R A B L E ?????

I thought so!!!! I stamped the pandas (and, YES, I fussy cut them) and I stamped the word joy (and, fussy cut that too). I placed them on a strip of plaid.

Notice my favorite shiny product?? Yep – the foil envelope liners for the strip behind the plaid and the letter ‘string’. Did I mention, I just love this over the top shine!?!? As I have said – use your stuff!

This is a fun, joyful, happy card! It’s those Pandas I tell you!

This is simply a fun sketch!

This is one of my favorite stamp sets from the Holiday Mini catalog, Merry Cafe. It pairs perfectly with the Coffee Cup framelits from the regular catalog. It makes for a sweet, simple holiday card!

Square Season of Cheer

As some are prepping for Thanksgiving, others are prepping for a weekend of creativity!

I had a home show this past weekend. The ladies wanted to create Christmas cards…..so, this one of the ones we created –

I just absolutely love this style of card! It quick and fun! And, it’s really a show stopper. The ladies really liked it! A real no fail design!

I started with a square card. All the layers are square too! On the top layer, I was able to punch in the direct center with ease. This style of card is quick and simple to re-create. You should try it!

Triple Time Trees

I designed this ‘triple time trees’ card for three purposes: first for this new sketch challenge at Create with Connie and Mary , second for my Team Meeting swap on Monday, and third for my upcoming Card Buffet this Sunday! See this great sketch –

I immediately went to the Card Front Builder Thinlits for this. I had an idea…….

…..and, I love the way it turned out – just like I thought it would!

I started with cutting these beautiful tress from the Champagne Foil Sheets, it is beautiful foil!!! I used the Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper that is on sale until the end of the month for the circle behind the trees. I finished the card off with the simply stated sentiment from Merry Patterns and some Basic Jewel Rhinestones. Additionally, the Very Vanilla panel is embossed in the Softly Falling Embossing Folder.

Quite a simple card to create.
