Beautiful Blues Kit Archives - Libby Fens, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Hello Stampin’ friends!

I am still playing with the Beautiful Blues Kit and have created another gorgeous card with a few additional supplies –

I used one of the focal flowers adding strips of yellows behind it.

I added a retired vellum circle using a 2 1/2″ Circle Punch, which is also retired.

The kit comes with a Night of Navy Stampin’ Ink Spot, but I used my Daffodil Delight pad.

I was inspired with this layout from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge today. Here is their challenge for this week –

Admittedly, I forgot the gems on my card! Grumble. The kit comes with those too, they just were not in front of me as I was designing the card! Oh well, card still looks stunning without them.

Welcome stampers!

We are a group of stampers who get together weekly in blog form to create with a theme each week. This is our weekly Create with Stamping Friends Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week is only black and white.

Black and white are probably my favorite types of cards to design. They have soo much feeling.

Surprisingly, I used the Beautiful Blues Kit for these cards!

This is one of the laser cut pieces turned over, then adhered to a Basic Black base.

I created one horizontal –

And one vertical –

Which is your favorite?

Both sentiments are included in the kit as well! However, I did use punches to create some interest.

I love to repurpose the designs to fit my personal style! Do you ever do this?
