Hello my Saturday friends!
How about some more great ideas today?
This go around is a color challenge! Just look at these fabulous colors –
Our challenge was to pick at least three and create something.
Well……I managed to use…….
All five! I couldn’t believe it! Once I started stamping – it just grew from there!
I started with making a ‘cake’ from the Textures & Frames Sale-a-bration stamp set. Sadly it is only available for a few more days until the end of September.
I stamped the outer cake part in Petal pink, then the inner ‘icing’ in Polished Pink. Next came the Rich Razzleberry ‘flowers’.
The cake stand, the sentiment and the ‘candles’ came from the Sweets & Treats stamp set –
I used the stick from the caramel apples for the candles, lol!
After I stamped the panel, I added some coloring with Stampin” Blends. It’s a subtle detail that the card needed.
My initial plan was to trim the stamped panel down and adhere it to a scalloped panel, but I liked the look of the remaining scalloped frame laid over the stamped area – so I went with that instead! Doesn’t it make for a wow!?!?
I’d love to read you comments before going on to the next person!
