I used the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder. It will emboss and cut with the added heart die that fits in the folder! One pass, two effects!
The label is from the same set too. The sentiment comes from Sweet Conversations. They fit perfectly together!

Oh. My. Gosh….! Was looking for ideas for this embossing folder – to make Valentines to donate to our local state representative who distributes them to nursing home residents.
