Welcome to our first ever Blog Hop!
I created a heartwarming card for a dear friend whom I need to get together with!
I used the lovely carryover, Welcoming Window Bundle for this card –
Just gorgeous, right???
I had this bundle for a while and never played with it. I was intimidated by all the stamps, dies, and layers you have to do. I’m a clean & simple kind of person, but I LOVE THIS BUNDLE!
I am also a big fan of monochromatic type colors and symmetry.
I love these little delicate flowers in their pots, they look so real.
With the Brick & Mortar embossed background on the card front, it makes it look even more real, like windows in an old building. I also added a bit of Whisper White Ink to give the bricks some shading!
Great card! You’ve inspired me to pull out my Welcoming Window bundle.
Yessssss! I’ve had it a long while and just started creating with it! Not sure why, it is a great bundle!
Love your card! This bundle is so pretty, and I love that you paired it with the Brick & Mortar 3D folder!
Thank you Kelly! They go together soo well!
I really like the layout of the card with the two different types of flowers.
Thanks Amanda! I love symmetry! Lol!
I love the brick embossing as the background for the windows. I didn’t get this set, but might be rethinking that decision. Lovely card!
Thank you Nancy! I have SO enjoyed creating with it this week!
I love the background embossing folder, the brick and mortar does make it look like a wall. Great card!
Thank you Nancy!
Very nice! Love the color combo!
Thanks Polly!
Loving that set, too. So much you can do with it.
I’ve enjoyed creating with it this week!
Such a great design! Thanks for listing the colors you used. At first glance, I thought the darker color was Misty Moonlight. 😀
Thank you Alicia! I like to list supplies in case you need them! Lol!
