Ah…..almost the weekend! But, time to share a card designed for Create with Connie and Mary and our new color challenge this week –
love, Love, LOVE these colors together. Sometimes you don’t see how well they work together until you pull them out and just look at them together!
I wasn’t sure what direction I wanted to go in. But, after I saw the new stamp sets I had – I knew.
Those who know me, know I LOVE pumpkins (and fall and the fall colors). So it was a natural to choose this set –
Isn’t this awesome? Not the typical fall colors, but it has pumpkins!
I used the new Pick a Pumpkin stamp set and the Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits (both will be available September 1st). I stamped the pumpkins and the background leaf images from the set.
The sentiment is also from a new set, Merry Cafe. It’s soooo cute and coordinates with the Coffee Cups Framelits. I did mask it off to get just the ‘Hello FALL’, which I punched twice (to shorten) with the Classic Label Punch.
I am looking forward to cooler temperatures and lowered humidity with fall. Texas can be brutal at least half the year!
