This is my third of three posts today for Three post Thursday and new catalog launching!! This is a blog hop for We Create!
I went with one of my favorites from the catalog so far, the Lovely Words Thinlits –
A simple card showcasing the cutout words.
I paired the framelits with a sentiment from Wood Words. I used two new In-Colors here too, Powder Pink and Berry Burst.
I stepped up this card by adding the 1/8 Silver ribbon. Surprisingly, it curled when I ran it quickly along a pair of scissors! I also added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Please leave a comment before going onto the talented Kris Kilkenny – we all love to read your comments!

I like this! Simple but cute! And what a good idea to try curling the ribbon!
Thank you, Tanya. Stepping out of the same old way to use ribbon!

Libby, your new in colors are fabulous together. I think you just created a new technique by curling the silver ribbon. I wouldn’t have thought to even try that and it looks so cute and fun! This die looks like it could be so useful for lots of birthdays, anniversary cards and even Valentine’s Day! The Fresh Florals DSP is so soft and sweet. Great cards!
Thank you for you kind words! I was literally playing around when I discovered the ribbon would curl! I think this framelit and bundle set is my new favorite from the new catalog!
I saw these two cards and they reminded me of Valentine’s Day! Your card looks like those candy hearts with the words on them. Know what I mean? LOL!
I do!!! Yes, they look like those candies! Look out Valentine’s Day……thanks for stopping by to leave a comment.
