It’s Wednesday. You know what that means. Time for a Watercooler Wednesday Challenge!
This week, we have a sketch to follow from Kath –
See, it’s a pretty nice one!!
I was short of time, but I created this –
I really like how this all one color card turned out.
Using the embossing folder in three directions added just little pop of flair this all white card needed.
It’s very elegant. Great for one of those special birthdays! What do you think?
You should check out how the other designers used this sketch at Watercooler Wednesday. And, them, how about playing along too?
Supplies used –
- Stamps – none!
- Big Shot – Layering Circles Framelits, Festive Embossing Folder
- Card Stock – Whisper White, Gold Foil, Vellum
Neat card. How did you do the embossing? Can you do a video and tutorial written?
Thanks, Shirley! It’s just an embossing folder I used. One was on the diagonal. Quite easy.
Libby this is a very elegant and beautiful card. The three direction embossed pieces really give it a touch of class and the gold foil Happy Birthday adds another layer of richness. Well done!
Thanks, Penny! Not too bad on limited time!
Love the way you’ve used got your embossing on different angles it really makes your card stand out.
It can really add something to a rather simple designed card. Thanks for leaving a comment!
