Ahhhh, the middle of the week. And, time for Watercooler Wednesday Challenges!
Penny has a terrific sketch this week –
You know me. These are my favorite. Clean. Simple.
This is what I created –
It’s pretty clean. And, really simple.
The inside is too –
Wouldn’t you agree?
These types of cards are my favorite. CAS really takes a lot of thinking to execute. It seems though we always want to add more instead of use less.
Even the placement of the simple stamped images can be too much. Here, it’s just perfect! You have to know when to say enough is enough.
This card nailed it. And, I hope that I have inspired you as well. The designers at Watercooler Wednesday created some wonderful cards.
Please leave some happy readin’ and check out what the others have created.
Play along with us and I’ll leave you some happy readin’ too!
Simple Supplies used –
- Stamps – Garden in Bloom
- Card Stock – Basic Black, Daffodil Delight
- Ink – Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Hi Libby. It totally agree with you …….you definitely nailed this clean and simple card challenge. Love the butterfly you chose and your sentiment,
Thanks Penny! I recovered quick from my first CAS card – I’ll debut it soon!
Love the colours on this card and the inside too – thanks for the inspiration
You’re very welcome! Thanks for taking the time to leave happy readin’!
The pop of black butterflies is wonderful.
Thanks Bev! I’m so drawn to this card!
