It time for another Create with Connie and Mary challenge this week.
And, this is just the sweetest!
Here is the challenge this week. Colors.
Aren’t they ‘sweet’? See what I did with the such sweetness –
I created an adorable little baby shaker card! I really liked the horizontal lines on the front DSP contrasted with the vertical ones on the inside. It looks really cool.
Another view. I created a window with my shaker pieces in between.
The (slightly crooked) stamping shows through.
All the fun stuff moves freely about when played with opened!
Supplies used –
- Stamps – Big News Clear (R)
- DSP – Birthday Bouquet (R)
- Dies – Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits
- Punches – 7/8 Scallop Punch (R), Banner (R)
- Card Stock – So Saffron, Mint Macaron, Blushing bride

I love a good shaker card Libby and this one is super sweet! Such a fun baby card – I love how your shaker is see through to the sentiment on the inside – very clever.
Shakers cards can be daunting for me, but I like this see through idea. It makes for a great card! Looking forward to a few more of these!
Oh my gosh, those little scallop circles are perfect shaker elements for a big window like this! I wouldn’t have thought of that! Love how the shaker is a window onto the sentiment!! This is a special card!
Thanks Chris- using stuff before it’s gone…..sad face.
I really LOVE the confetti sandwiched in the front of the card. This is on my list of things to try! You have inspired me…and now with that fun new confetti punch…cards like this will be a breeze!
