Meanwhile, back at Watercooler Wednesday, we have a great challenge to play along with this week!
It’s an anything goes challenge –
These are fun because you can choose anything to submit!
I decided to go opposite my design team members with a card from my recent Card Buffet –
Yes. A graduation card! It’s never too early to start making these!
And, not only is it a card, it’s also a gift card holder!!!!
The card also slips out too! I added a nifty velcro closure as well!
These are too simple to create –
- Start with a standard 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 base.
- Score at 1 3/4 and 4 1/4.
- Use Tear & Tape on the edges of the 1 3/4 side, this will be your pocket, fold up.
- Decorate as you like!
Some of the guest this past weekend knew exactly who they needed these for. They added two Banner Flags in the school colors at the bottom of the opening flap. It was just the right touch!
So, what are you up to creating these days? How about submitting it to the Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week? We’d love to see you! Check out the others designs! Some great work I tell you!
And, it’s also good ‘card-carma’ to leave a kind word about my card share and tutorial today!
