Ahhhh, the joys of returning from a vacation.
Now days, you need a day-cation to recover from the vacation!
I made a companion card today. My daughter is back from her world travels. I was inspired by Always Playing with Paper to make her a card.
They have a double challenge right now.
It was very tempting to try both. But, I wanted to coordinate my two cards. This is what I came up with –
Yes, a bit simple. No frills. But, is returning to reality after a vacation ever exciting? Lol.
The focal point should be in the larger circle, but, I made mine in the smaller circle with the Silver Glimmer Paper scalloped border. Once again, a theme, where she returned to.
I made my phrase with this cool set of connecting letter stamps I got at a scrap convention a while ago. A total whim purchase, but I think I really like them.
That’s it. Simple. To the point.
Here is a double shot of both cards. You can see where she traveled to and the return. So cool, right? Curious about that post? It’s here.
Nice, huh?
Off to work on my October Card Buffet.
Happy Stampin’
