Sunday, sweet Sunday! Finding some time to paper craft? I hope so, it’s a great de-stressor.
I spent some time Saturday making magnetic sheet holders for all my framelit dies. They were way out of control!
Power went out, so, I went on a quest for these tasty treats, Millionaires. They have been hard to find. But. Finally. I found them. So, I proceeded to make these for my co-workers. Aren’t they sweet, literally?
Hard to see in the photo, but my base is Crumb Cake in one of our 4×6 Cello Bags. (The old style I might add, the one with a seam down the back. They are a bit more roomy.)
I added a strip of Brushed Gold Card Stock then stapled my bag closed. To hide the staple, I topped it with a cute adornment to the bag. The Decorative Label Punch backed with the Label Bracket Punch. Cute, huh?
I dug up my retired set, Word Play to create this.
Below you can see I masked the stamp to get just the ‘Million’ word. I used a piece of tape to cover the other words, ‘Thanks A’. I first placed my tape, then inked up my stamp, then removed the tape to get a clean word before stamping. I showed this technique at my last Card Buffet.
I also added the ‘2’ from Memorable Moments in the Encore Gold Ink Pad.
It’s a special achievement for us. I just wanted to acknowledge it, crafty style.
Happy Stampin’
