Chalk talk pumpkins? That doesn’t even go together.
Um, yes it does if you want to create a quick and cute pumpkin. See mine below.
I am in the middle of planning a few things, October Card Buffet, Mini Christmas Album Class and a show the first part of November. So, to help get my creativity going, I like to play along with card challenges.
Todays card is for two challenges. The colors are from Pals Paper Arts and the layout is from Paper Craft Crew Challenges. This is a very simple card, but combines the two quite well.
When the framelits, Chalk Talk came out, I immediately thought about making a pumpkin with some of the shapes. And, so that is what I did here with the largest tag. In keeping with the a simple card design, I added the pierced circles around the upper edge of my pumpkin. It added just the right touch this card needed. I think it turned out swell.
Happy Stampin

You achieved great balance in this card, Libby. Even though all of the images are in the bottom, left of the card, they are all balanced perfectly here. The white space is beautiful, and the piercing adds great texture. Thanks for playing along with The Pals Paper Arts this week.
