Ever make a card as you are flying out the door with a million things to do? Yep, that is me this morning!
Missed a post yesterday. I am working on custom Graduation Announcements. I just could not get inspired. Also, I follow several other stampers blogs. I read my friend Rita’s blog, and it literally brought me to tears. So, I just could not get into the creative spirit, not even as she could have used it.
Today it was goal to make a post for her. This is what I came up with. I used a little creative nudge from Technostampers. Great staring place. I added a few of everything I had to come up with a sympathy card. And, I really liked how it turned out. Except. Except for the stamped sentiment. It’s crooked! Gah! Hate that. But, I had to move on due to time constraints….
The colors are unique here. Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery, and the flower I stamped in Cherry Cobbler. It works!
Well, honestly after reading Rita’s post I could relate to loosing someone. I guess we all can. But, her granny was very special to her, just as my aunt was very special to me. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family as she copes with her loss.
Unfortunately, I’ve got to run. Hugs to you, Rita!
Happy Stampin’
Libby
