Graduation, already? Well, for some, yes, soon!
College graduations are usually early in May. (Mine graduates May 19th!!) High School graduations are in late May and early June. Never hurts to be prepared for those unexpected announcements you receive in the mail from long-lost friends or relatives! Lol!
Anyway, I’m playing around with ideas for my upcoming Card Buffet. So, to get me motivated on this card, I went with a sketch from The Friday Mashup! I don’t think I’ve played with them before, so, their challenges are new for me. I believe I got it correct! If not, I made a nice card anyway!
It’s a very clean, simple design. Seems to be my style lately. Base is Whisper White for a change, layered with Brushed Silver card stock. There is also a thin piece under the Real Red flag. Got to play with the new set, Pure Gumption here too. The white Baker’s Twine just completes this card. It just adds a little finishing touch.
I think it would be a great idea to add the school colors to make it really personal. Here, I made a real generic color scheme that could be suitable for anyone.
