Hey there friend!
That’s just a great everyday phrase. It came from the first Paper Pumpkin Kit. And, so did the ‘dot’ background on my card.
My share for today was made for you guessed it – a card challenge! This time it’s a color challenge from Create with Connie and Mary, CCMC246. The colors to use were Real Red, Calypso Coral, and Island Indigo. This is my first time playing here. I liked the color challenge because it is not my favorite combination and it really made me think.
But, not for long. I came up with my card rather quickly. I am very pleased with the way it turned out too. Take a look. What do you think? Yes, my base is my go to, Naturals White. It is very soft – I like that. However, it is a bit difficult to stamp a nice, crisp image. Eh, that’s ok, I still like the way it turned out.
For some reason, I have been on a butterfly kick lately. I’ve purchased several large butterfly stamps and these two punches recently. I was glad to find an eye pleasing use for them!
Happy Stampin’
