I decided to add a few things related to this, Hearts a Flutter Framelits and Valentine’ Day. And, this is my take on combining these.
This by no means is a new design or new concept, I’ve seen lots of this style on the inter-web. I designed this over a month ago. It was one of my January Card Buffet choices. A popular one, because I ran out of card packs.
